Dua Lipa is an English singer/songwriter from London United Kingdom on August 22nd, 1995. In 2014, after working as a model and actress she was signed to Warner Bros Records. She released her debut self-titled album in the year 2017. The album climbed up to the third place on the U.K. Chart for Albums. The album released eight singles, among them Be the Only I.D.G.A.F. and New Rules (UK number one). It also peaked at number 6 on the charts in the United States. Lipa received the Brit Awards in the year 2018 for British Female Solo Artist and British Breakthrough Act. Her album has been certified as platinum in several countries worldwide. Dua Lipa was born on the 22nd of August, 1995, in London to Kosovo Albanian Anesa Rexha, and Dukagjin Lipa. By way of her maternal grandmother Dua Lipa, she is Bosnian.
